Terrible and clueless
My visit started with the receptionist helping me finish my online forms. After a short wait I was taken back and asked a few questions and then brought back for an immediate x-ray. Once back in the room I had a few minute of wait for the Doctor. He pulled up my X-rays and fully explained the problem with my knee and the treatments I could go with and what my insurance company’s policies were. He is so pleasant and nice and professional and smart
Dr. Patel is very good, kind, and I trust him with his treatment and advise.
Very personable and pays attention to details of your needs! Explains what is important for the team to help you have the best outcome and gives you the opportunity to go over treatment options!!
His knowledge and expertise
Very personable but could be less busy if possible and take a little more time to explain the diagnosis or the prognosis. In layman turns for those that don't understand.
From the moment you walked in the door friendly, fast and the doctor was good.
