Lucky he got 1 star should be negative 5 stars I came back 2nd time to see my lab results they're all asked me the stupid question when did I get the lab test? I told him I got it right here. They did not send it to the lab and no documents recorded that they have my blood and urine samples from here. What's kind of the doctor office is that? Waste of time big time.
Dr. Patel does not return phone calls, however he doesn't hesitate for a second to bill for "services". Our elderly mother has been in a rehab facility for NEARLY TWO WEEKS & he has yet to respond to the family to discuss her medical condition or plan of action. Very unprofessional & irresponsible. We are considering filing a complaint with DOH.
Dr Patel is a caring professional who goes the extra mile for his patients. I never have to wait to be seen for an appointment. The office staff works well with Dr. Patel. When medical problems arise, Dr. Patel is thorough, searches out all avenues of care, and follows through in communicating with specialists. Both my husband and I appreciate and highly recommend Dr MK Patel as a primary care doctor.
Dr. Patel is a very caring and thorough general practitioner. Have never had to wait in the office long for a scheduled appointment. His staff have always been pleasant and caring. I have only good things to say about this office.
