I moved to VB and needed to find a PCP that could fit me in sooner rather than later considering there were year long waitlists. I was a little nervous at first with some of the negative reviews but decided to give it them a try and I’m glad that I did. Dr. Patel got me in within about a month or so, I’ve only been a few times but each visit has been a positive one. I didn’t love the obgyn they referred me to but they were more than willing to help me over the phone by referring me to a new place. Very thankful!
I have been a patient of Dr. Patel‘s or possibly over 11 years maybe a little longer he is absolutely outstanding amazing. I love the way he takes care of his patience. And then his staff is definitely a one Deanna and John or definitely amazing workers. Amazing individuals And I love them all.

Every since they merged/ switched to bayview/ now care they dont answer their phones just terrible waiting an hour and why do you schedule lab blood work appointments at 11/ 12 for a disabled person smh go back to being a private practice it was better before the merge just awful the staff and Drs are nice. .
I made this appointment months in advance to get a PCM for myself. A few days prior to my appointment a gentleman calls to confirm the appointment. I confirm and also ask for the address again since it had been so many months. The address he gave me was for their urgent care center (which ended up being the wrong address anyways). When I walked in to ask if I had the right place, a woman in front of me had confirmed whooping cough and the guy behind me with no mask had a 104 fever.
