I am not a person to write reviews much but when I get an extraordinary service, I have to give credit where credit is due. I got the best service ever, from the moment I called to ask about their service to the finalization of my Immigration medical documentation. Everytime I go there, I wait more than 2 hours B4 even getting my vitals taken. Then I always have to speak up bc people who came way after me are being seen B4 me. If your not Indian, you don't see Dr Patel, you see one of his interns then have to wait for them to explain everything to him B4 knowing what to do or what meds to prescribe you. Also, I was supposed to do blood work over a year ago, but bc the phlebotomist couldn't get a vein, after trying 4 times, they just dismissed that I needed it done for my physical. Then... read more

Extremely long wait times at this office, and the doctor barely sees his patients. When I interned here, I witnessed firsthand that the doctor would often sleep in his back office for an hour while making patients wait. It’s clear that nothing has changed—he remains as unprofessional as ever. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs!
