I came to this office to fill out immunization for immigration. First of all, office is not that pleasant, I gave it a try. Since it is listed in USCIS website. I spoke with Leo the manager, she seemed to be responsible. I had all my immunization right, even printed, besides all, Not only did I call them several times myself to find out information after the lab work and schedule a visit, but after asking three times for a call back, they finally called me and I was able to book an appointment for Friday 8/22. Consulted the doctor last week and there were multiple interns/students who came for initial screening and then post when the doctor came for consultation. 4-5 people in the room was certainly very uncomfortable
Had urine test done and it showed I had an infection he had the results for 2 weeks and never called me. I had blood in urine and I had to actually fight for medication to be sent to me. His office said protocol is to make appointment to discuss results and that is incorrect, in any event Prescribed me Cipro despite my ACL rupture and tendon issues, which put me at serious risk.
