My Doctor of 15 years left Northbay and I was assigned to Dr. Patel, I needed to make an appointment for a hospital follow up, (bad timing). I called to make an appointment, the gal that answered the phone is very rude, and she said that I had to come in to do my new patient paperwork. I went in, she was very unhelpful.
