My Doctor of 15 years left Northbay and I was assigned to Dr. Patel, I needed to make an appointment for a hospital follow up, (bad timing). I called to make an appointment, the gal that answered the phone is very rude, and she said that I had to come in to do my new patient paperwork. I went in, she was very unhelpful. Hello I've been going to this office seeing doctor Patel now for 10 years and all thecstsff are friendly and my doctor is always there for me, and returns my calls ! Thank u
The office never picks up the phone and the voicemail is always full. When I go to the office in person, everyone behind the desk is kinda rude and dismissive. I'm tired of having to try so many times to get in contact with my doctor. It's also been four years since the pandemic and he still doesn't do in person visits. I'll probably try to switch my primary soon.
