Very unprofessional office and disappointed in the lack of caring about my issues. The last straw was had an appointment for a colonoscopy weeks in advance, did all the prep and they told me they never got my cardio doctor’s authorization for the procedure. The day before I called my cardio and they promised to send to Dr. Patel and the hospital which they did and it went through at 4:45 the day before. I was leaving for the hospital at 7 AM and 705.
