Theresa really helped me sort out the exact exercises that I needed to do to handle my ankle, and how to improve the strength of my legs and in my hips. She also showed me how to properly operate my Tens Unit for home therapy. I now have the tools to keep doing the therapy at home. Dr. Jake Bennett is truly the best doctor I have ever seen in my entire life. He listens very carefully, genuinely cares about his patients, and takes the time to make sure you feel heard and understood. His medical knowledge is exceptional, and he is incredibly thorough and attentive. I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated physician.
Consistently, my husband and I have been charged for a free annual examinations. They accused us of asking questions that were outside of the Free examination parameters. On our second annual exam, we purposely asked no questions, at all. We were still charged and they said we ask questions. On appeal. Their only response was that questions were asked outside the perimeter, but they did not reveal what questions were asked. I would not recommend this Doctor.
The staff is the reason for this review, they refused to give the dr my messages. They said I was rude, im autistic I was upset bc I got red flagged bc the dr wrote me a script that didn't exist..when I called back to make the correction his staff belittled me, talked down to me, like im a bum of the street. I had just beat cancer. He also put me on the most addictive medicine on the market and then fired me for contacting the office. I showed up 15 minutes early, was taken to an exam room, was left in the exam room for over an hour and 15 minutes, they FORGOT I was there. I got up and left without ever seeing Dr. Ramos. No apologies from him or his staff. How unprofessional. I would not recommend Dr. Ramos to anyone.
Avoid this doctor.He doesn’t care one iota for his patients.Lied to me me about test results.I have a complex case he wasn’t interested in helping me at all.Basically told me to hit the road.BayCare in general is not a great outfit for medical care.
I always receive excellent service and great healthcare at BayCare and St. Joseph hospitals! I came as a walk in patient and was treated with great respect and care. Because my doctor is with BayCare, my labs were already at the lab, which is convenient. All I had to bring was myself. Sometimes you finally hit gold, and get a specialist who goes out of their way to not only handle the immediate issue but also notices and explains how to help with things you may not even be aware of. Whether that be a referral, prescription, or treatment. This was the incredible care I received from Dr. Klein.
