Dr. Patel is pleasant, and understanding. I have had a 20 plus year relationship with him. I moved to Florida for 1 year and after returning to NJ I called and tried to make a appointment and was told it was over a year since I had been there and they were not accepting new patients. After 20 years! The receptionist that I dealt with for all those years and tolerated her abrasive personality did not care about my past and long relationship with my doctor and her boss. She is terrible, don't go!
