Bio Behavioral Health is unreliable to get appropriate appointment times during COVID, especially during the last few weeks upon unforeseen circumstances. Dr. Patel is retiring and closing his clinical practice at Bio Behavioral Health in a few weeks, but is still continuing research clinical trials instead of regular medication management for clients. My visits are very important to Dr. Patel. His focus is on your personal well-being, and how are you feeling. He asks many questions about your health. He is devoted to seeing his patients get the very best possible care. I suffer from major depression, and I don't know if I would would have recovered from my illness, with out him. I had phycho-motor retardation. This is total melt down. I am very greatful to find him, and most of all his expertise.

I can't say enough good things about Bio Behavioral Health.. The staff is always pleasant and aways ready to answer any questions and concerns. Ms. Judy Kern is the best. I don't know what I would do without her. She is so understanding and cares for your well-being. She always returns your phone calls and takes her time to talk to you. I am so glad I found such a wonderful place. I have also seen Dr Patel and he is also a very understanding and a wonderful person. Everyone there is great!

Very friendly staff from the moment you walk in the front door. You are always greeted with a smile and are treated kindly from the whole staff. I have been going to Dr. Patel for about 11 years and I have never had a problem getting an appointment.
