Office staff is horrible. They are miserable and need to find another job. No greeting when the call is initiated. Super long hold times with absolutely no acknowledgement. I’ve called 3 times to reschedule an appt and never was able to due to this lack of professionalism. I will not refer this practice to anyone. Poor customer service and patient care.
We are very pleased we chose Dr Patel to see my mom, she’s compassionate, caring and kind.
