I give a 3 only because the staff is the worse! The doctor HERSELF is great very knowledgeable patient and understanding, great experience ONLY with her. Other than her not worth it, always wait times and worse part is when you are in the wait room they are all just chatting away or on their cell phones, you call and hours past by and wont have a response nor a callback.
Dr Patel is a great doctor. Had a procedure with her and very professional and no issues.
Amazing Doctor! Dr. Patel took her time to review my chart before hand and allowed me to ask questions. I did not feel rushed and felt very understood! The staff was very efficient and nice!
Office staff is horrible. They are miserable and need to find another job. No greeting when the call is initiated. Super long hold times with absolutely no acknowledgement. I’ve called 3 times to reschedule an appt and never was able to due to this lack of professionalism. I will not refer this practice to anyone. Poor customer service and patient care.
