I just recently bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot. It was super clean. I was told it had been gone through and taken care of. I hit a deer a few weeks ago, and it's been in the shop. The shop mechanic ran diagnostics and found that this vehicle had been in four accidents before I purchased it. It is my fault for not running a carfax.
