Why does it say pediatric dentistry and orthodontic on the front of building? Is this a lie?
Apparently Dr. Pate rarely sees patients anymore, despite being the dentist we were scheduled to see. Dr. Pate was NOT even in the office during our visit. The waiting room was disgusting. I witnessed a LARGE bug walk across the waiting room floor and crawled into the corner. I mentioned this to the lady at the front desk and she blamed the "cleaning crew". Needless to say, we will NEVER return.
