Are you kidding me! This IS where meat hopes to go when it gets butchered. This Is a cathedral to the old world art and craftsmanship of butchering. I have only had one thing that I didn't love, and that was assuredly due to my unrefined tastebuds, I'm sure anyone else would have loved it. The only thing negative I could say, is if you don't have a game plan when you go in there, you will come out with a whole lot more than you bargained for.
If ur going here today better pack a lunch they will be busy but the wait is well worth it
Wished it was closer cause I would go all the time!! I'm a meat cutter and quite often recommend people to go to pataks
