I met with Winthrop Jewelers and with a few other shops on Jewelers row. Other jewelers were constantly trying to upsell me, providing me with rings that were 'slightly' over the budget I stated. I got my wife's engagement ring from Winthrop (Feb 2017) and she quote, "totally loves it". They did a wonderful job and are extremely honest. Get off the row and come inside. Their shop is small and intimate. They are extremely personal and make you feel like a valued customer. I will recommend them to all my friends.
