We've used Melissa twice now as a seller's agent, and both times she's been fantastic to work with. She's easy to get a hold off, knows the market, and went above and beyond during both sales to help us coordinate work, inspections, etc. It's a tough market out there, especially as an independent agent in The Villages, but she came through and we're happy to have had the pleasure of working with her.

I bought a home in The Villages with Melissa's help. She was friendly and easy to work with during the buying process. That said, I was told the home was brand new --- but once I moved in, I noticed a bunch of issues that had been covered up with paint and quick fixes. Turns out it's an older, repaired house, not what I was led to believe. The deal itself went smoothly, but I really wish there had been more transparency upfront. Pretty disappointed with how the condition of the place was represented.

I worked with Melissa to find a place in The Villages, and she made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. She really knows the area and was super patient, even when I had a million questions. She kept things clear and guided me through the local market step by step. There were a few small delays with paperwork, but nothing major. Overall, a great experience — I’d totally recommend working with Melissa if you’re house-hunting in The Villages.
