Pat was amazing. I was unable to sell my house initially with a different realtor, and then when I found Pat, my house sold quickly, and for asking price! He made the process easy, and stress free. I highly recommend anyone use Pat for their buying/selling needs!

Rating a 2 start since I am sure he is great for a first time homebuyer - however, my experience with him was for real estate investing in Cleveland. He was unresponsive, and when he would respond it felt like he was trying to shove a deal down my throat where the numbers did not work.
Pat was a recommendation from a sales agent to help sell our home since we purchased a new one. He quickly met us to align all the process stops and we need to do. The first weekend he had an open house. He will set you up on the web app that you can schedule Agents with perspective clients. He works great with both text and phone calls. He’s a great liaison between other agents and title companies. Very personable and understanding of your needs.
