Price was clearly marked on CarGurus - Their site and auto trader. contacted the dealer verified the car was available made arrangements to see the car then the price was increased by 30% - Raised the price after deal was confirmed, bait and switch to be on top of CarGurus. Iâd never buy there

Unfortunately, you called the morning after the vehicle was received on trade. Our Used Vehicle Management Tool pushed a trade in value to the 3rd party sites BEFORE the vehicle was even listed, reconditioned or pictured for sale. The incorrect price that was displayed was corrected within 24 hours and we never confirmed any deals or availability at the incorrect price. I apologize for the temporary pricing error, however, we corrected the mistake ASAP.
Salesperson was friendly and welcoming, but said all prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Never have I walked into a dealership and was told that.
The car is great. Was very upset that they followed no safety precautions for covid19. None of the staff wore masks on my 3 visits. Nothing was being wiped down after guests left. They simply seated the next guest at the same unsanitized area. Staff is pushy and not very friendly. But I do like the car.
The sales staff was awesome! Not only did they help me get the truck but I had a load of firewood in the bed of my trade in( I didn’t expect to buy anything that day) and my salesman helped me load it into my new truck. This is an amazing dealership and I will definitely be back!!!
