Good people there that I met on the phone
Offered an insultingly low amount for my trade in. Even after I told them what I was wanting. Gave me the "that's what they are going for, nobody wants them". I went to lithia and got exactly what I was asking. And not the bs they moved numbers around to make it look like I was getting that. I actually got $5500 more for my trade in going to lithia. Very quick response to any questions I had.
Sales guy was not transparent. When we got to the table to talk numbers there was a bunch of hidden fees for add on items which I had no interest in buying. He would not let those items go and let me walk from the deal over $1500 in add on equipment and an overprice doc fee of $900 (normally $300-$600). The sales guy claimed this dealer does a lot of volume and doesn’t care if my business walks away, they’ll just sell it to the next person who walks in. Avoid these clowns at all cost!
Horrible experience. Sold the vehicle after my deposit was placed. I would give a zero star but it’s not an option.

Very professional salesman and willing to help but its too far from my location.
I test drove the vehicle and asked for "best out the door price". They came back with list price plus tax, tags. etc. and I thanked them and left. Later I was contacted by the sales person and she asked what out the door price I was expecting. I gave her the price, and her manager left a message asking if he could help. Two other managers left messages but never responded to my expected price. Finally, I found another vehicle from a different dealer that I lked better.
