I called at 11am to check on the availability of a specific used car and gave them the stock number to look it up. The customer service rep said the car was still available and scheduled an appointment for me at 12noon. Upon arriving, I was checked-in at the main desk and a Sales Rep sat me down to gather information. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! Spent more than a week trying to buy a car here. Almost impossible to get information or timely replies. Was told car had to go through service and the body shop and that I would be contacted. Instead car apparently was sold. Have tried to deal with multiple Serpentini dealerships and the result has been the same no matter the location. Here avoid Jashua McRlrath - useless, Tina Funk - rude, and Jonathan Jamhour - very slow to respond. My advice: RUN don't walk away from here!!!
We were there today and almost killed in the parking lot. We were test driving a Chevy Trax and one of the mechanics drove through the parking lot driving 50 miles an hour and almost crashed into us. I was in the car with my husband and 2 teenage children. They checked the cameras and confirmed to us that it was "unacceptable". Wear a crash helmut if you go there and be super cautious. I didn't know car shopping would be a life and death experience, but that's what it was at Serpentini today.
Horrible service after purchase! They never respond to phone calls! Have been waiting for over a week for a call back after calling 4 different times! Not a good place!
