Honestly it was a horrible experience. I walked in trying to shop around. I wanted a truck but wasn’t picky. I had just come from automation. I had an approval for a Ford Maverick brand new $5,000 down with a trade in that I was negative $9000 on. I talked with Sam and I believe Madison. Madison was great but Sam was not. I gave him the same information I gave Autonation. I even told him what I had there. I wanted a truck but something that had a good book value to eat some of the equity that I was rolling over. Very unfortunate experience. I believe the tactics they use are shady. I would suggest to stay clear.
Did not have a good experience. They listed the car for the price they had to have. I called and said I'd take it and asked for a buyers agreement for my bank to write it up. When they found out they weren't going to get the financing they said they don't take cashiers or bank checks from out of state.
Awesome people work here! We were in town from South Carolina visiting my son. We were leaving the next day. While our truck was parked in my son's driveway for four hours a squirrel ate through several wires and started building a nest under the hood. The dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. We showed up at Serpentini when they opened. We didn't have an appointment. Holly and the technician (I apologize for not knowing your name) jumped right on it. Brian Moncheck took care of my fiancé for a routine oil and filter change, which should’ve been 99.95. We’ve been to several Chevrolet dealerships, and this is the only one that up-charged to 588.23 for unneeded service, on a 30,000 mile 2023 Chevy trailblazer. They are hostile when confronted and unable to refund. Disappointed in sexist service taking advantage of a young woman who knows nothing about cars.
