Went with my wife to check out a SUV she wanted. Salesman ( Monty) was the first no pressure, polite, and streight up salesman I ever met. I had a price in mind, didn’t take long and we was out of there with the car she wanted! I would recommend anybody looking for a car to try Firelands in Norwalk out. Was well worth the drive and such a easy transition.
By far THE best purchase experience ever! We needed a specific truck to meet our needs& had been unable to locate one. We stumbled upon one on carguru.com & called the dealership, Firelands Chevy in Norwalk, Ohio. Our sales pro, Jack, answered all our phone questions& offered to send us a short video (which was personalized, nice touch!!) of truck via text so we could at least see it a little better before making the FIVE hour drive to see it in person!
