I bought a used car from them a few weeks ago. A few days later I noticed brake fluid leaking from the brake lines. I contacted the dealership and they made a 1500 dollar repair with no cost to me and gave me a rental car while they completed the work. I would definitely recommend Firelands to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
I walked into the dealership with my old car not mowing what to do (fix my current one or get a new car). I worked with Jeff (who was awesome!), he asked to test drive my car and told me it wasn’t going to be worth putting money into it. He showed me a few cars with everything I had asked for and even in my budget. Jeff allowed me to look at all the vehicles at my will and did not make me feel pressured.
