Absolutely awful experience! Pat Jefferson Realty nearly destroyed our construction deal. The appraiser showed up late, left early, barely looked at the property, and completely undervalued our land—ignoring the cost of the home we’re building. We were forced to bring a huge down payment to closing because of her careless work. Even our loan officer tried to appeal the nonsense she submitted. If Pat Jefferson cared as much about his real estate business as he does about writing reviews for Google he might get more than two stars! When I went there to rent a house he simply opened the door and hurled a live hamster at me bellowing something unintelligible, then slammed and locked the door. It was quite an unsettling experience.

I am an active duty military member who is getting ready to PCS to Augusta soon. I contacted them via phone , i was sent the rental application, submitted my rental application to Pat Jefferson Reality 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard a single word from them. I have called several times with no return call back. This is very stressful trying to plan a household goods move when dealing with a business who has all your information and will not even call you back to let you know if you have been approved.
