I sold my house and then Pat helped me find a new house. She has gone above and beyond to help me through the process. She follows through and makes sure everything that needs and should be done is on a timely matter.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Pat Gunter. We met as a business arrangement but left as friends. Even though our home sold in one day, that didn’t tell the whole story. The small things she did for us went well above what you would expect from a Realtor. I am sure she will provide the same level of performance for any client, She is a true professional.
I've known Pat Gunter for 25 years and have used her services for multiple real estate transactions. She recently sold my mom's house in Austin and did a wonderful job. She had an open house and got multiple offers and it sold immediately. The house I currently live in i purchased through Pat 16 years ago but I have no current plans to sell. I've been very happy here. If I did though, I would call Pat. I highly recommend her!!
Pat worked tirelessly with us to find the perfect home. She truly made what can be a stressful endeavor the best experience for us over the last several months and has been a continued help after closing! She is extremely patient and heard all of our concerns, we never felt pressured to buy before we were absolutely sure. We couldn’t recommend working with Pat more, I trust her completely!
I can't begin to share how much we love and appreciate Pat! During a very trying time, she was calm and so professional and never wavered in her support! There was not a time where we didn't feel supported and heard during the whole process. Death can bring so many stressful issues that she handled with grace and ease. We would not hesitate to recommend her for your sale/purchasing needs! She's one of a kind!
