Very disappointed in the service manger here. There was a re-call on the power steering pump on our Buick. Ours went out before the recall and we had it fixed here. When we got the recall notice in the mail from GM it advised us to go to the dealer and they would help expedite our refund. They were no help at all, so we sent the paper work in ourselves. We just talked to GM about it as it's been 4 weeks since we sent it in. They let us know our dealer should have helped us and we would have received our reimbursement much fa... read more
