Pat has been a wonderful asset to our family while selling a home that has been vacant for 20 years, and not cared for. The house was sadly a dumping ground of belongings and garbage for a family member, and became hoarded out. It was unlivable. We had no idea what to do. Thank goodness for Pat!! She stepped up right away to explain the process of cleaning up the home, extracting any valuable items and how/what we could do for the sale.
