'Fixed' my Focus RS oil leak and 1k miles later Blew my head gasket due to head studs being not properly torqued. Made my wife come over 15 times to look at our F150's excessive oil use (1qt to 1k miles) and finally told it was within spec... I own all GMCs now and this service department is the reason I'll likely never own a Ford again. Beware!
They ruined my truck when they did a transmission swap on it. The new transmissions shifted extremely hard and would kill the engine. I took it into them probably 8 times, each time they told me it was fixed, and the problem would continue. They eventually replaced it with another transmission that had the same problem. It shifts extremely hard and kills the engine. The truck is just going to have to get sold for parts now. Unfortunate, considering it has a new engine in it that only has about 60k on it.
Extremely poor service. They didn't fix my car, the same warning lights came on the day after I paid them $2000 for repair work. When I brought it back in, under their 2 year warranty, they STILL didn't fix it AND charged me another $250 just for their time. Seriously, go anywhere else!
Took my Ford Fusion in for a recall. Was told it would be a couple hours. I parked my car in a spot so I would not have doors dings from cars parked beside it. I received a call 45 minutes later. My car was ready. I went to my car, only to find it had not been moved. I confronted them about my findings. They brought the ‘tech’ in that supposedly did recall.
