My mother went in here for not feeling well and the doctor told her she had a bad head cold. She repeatedly told him, no I know what that feels like it’s much worse than a bad head cold. The doctor still insisted it was in fact a head cold and to take over the counter medicine. Not even a week later she goes to her primary care doctor and they diagnose her with pneumonia. The doctors there don’t listen to you. It’s ridiculous. I would not recommend these people to anyone.
This place is so none helpful I go to ed to get Guelph for abdominal pain and one time they say yes admitting you then min later no there more worried if you can pay there bill than help you I’m so disappointed in them...

The Nursing staff on 2nd floor is awesome! The cooking - food staff is totally rocking!! And at the Cancer center, Dr Raybonn, Nurse Jennifer and the whole group there goes above and beyond any where else.
