RecommendedThe lady named Katie who took care of Kaylynn at the hospital was amazing.. Kaylynn has never had an iv before and she was definitely scared and nervous. She walked her through all of it and had patience with her <3 her bed side manner was amazing. I know she had other patients but she made kaylynn feel like she was the only one. Patience and kindness goes along way <3 she was amazing!!!!
Woke up with a fever of 104.9, I’ve lost 6 pounds overnight, and I’m severely dehydrated. Went to the ER this morning. The ER doc wrote a prescription for symptoms that I don’t even have. They did a flu swab (negative, thankfully), but no labs and no IV fluids (which is why I came to the ER instead of Urgent Care)! So now I’m on my way to another ER, where I will hopefully receive proper care and find out what’s wrong.
My fiance went there to get checked for the flu. He has been around my daughter and me who were tested and came back positive with Influenza B. Common sense would dictate that you test someone with flu symptoms for the flu. No, this sorry excuse for a medical office did NOTHING! They charged him $100 to look in his ears, and then told him his has a sinus infection. Nothing they can do to help. They sent him on his way with a note to go back to work the next day. Cut my hand today and had to here and let me just say it was as pleasant of an experience possible under the circumstances. The nurse who treated me was very professional and extremely proficient in her duties she made my visit a lot more comfortable. The doctor that treated me also exhibited the same professional yet caring attitude
Dr.Hereford is an amazing orthopedic surgeon/doctor! He goes above and beyond to make sure you fully understand your diagnosis and treatment plan. I will NEVER go anywhere else!!!

Per usual for us Augusta Health was a great experience! From the moment we walked into the ER, to labs, CT scans, pre and post surgery, and the Pediatric Unit, every person was kind, helpful and attentive. We were very well cared for and so appreciate having this place so close!!
