Very disheartened that our son had outpatient surgery today and two major issues occurred. First we were not taken to him in post-op-said they couldn't find us yet we never left the waiting room. Secondly, and most worrisome, when looking through his discharge instructions we had med list for a 70 year old female....HUGE HIPPA violation. Little confidence in a hospital that we already have to pay more for.
They're always fast, respect your time and respect you. They do exactly what you need them to do and what they were created for... to simply care for the person on an individual unbiased basis. Awesome job ALWAYS!

From Dr. Otteni, to the outpatient surgery department, to the joint center, I want to say thank you! The doctors and nurses as well as the aides, you are truly to be commended! You are all very professional and friendly. Thanks for taking such good care of me thru my total hip replacement!
