The Pediatric Unit was absolutely horrible! After 2 ER visits we were admitted into the hospital, where a doctor was rude, curt and super demeaning did nothing for my daughter! When I called the nursing supervisor to help us get discharged the doctor flipped out on me and told me that my daughter was not sick or a priority to her! I am now at UVA just getting my child out of a recovery room where she had a picc line put in and have been here a week tomorrow with a extremely ill child! The physical therapist and the receptionist were outstanding and very helpful. I was there with Justin and Brittney Strother for Justin's therapy. The staff were very informative as to a plan for future sessions
Specifically the doctors and nurses in the ICU are amazing. They took care of my Uncle Chris Weber many times before he passed away. Dr Gonzalez is great and my family appreciates the care that was given to my uncle by them all.
Nurses were great Emt's were great Xray people were fine Second consult dr was an ass.
Just had a joint replacement done. The nurses and staff were awesome. I would have given an excellent rating if it wasn't for Judy in PT giving my husband a hard time for no good reason. She may be good at what she does but that isn't an excuse to embarrass a family member in the group therapy session!
