I'm going to need therapy after the nightmare that has been my long-term time as a patient here... I just don't understand how she can treat people who need help the way she does. Sure, she listens and promises the world during your appointment, but as soon as it ends, it's like you don't even exist. Promised prescriptions may or may not be sent out. Hilary is the easiest person (doctor) to talk to. I have never had a issue with her schedule or timing. Because doctors are human and get sick too. Her refill timing is reasonable when following the instructions given to you when you call. I would not be here today if it wasn't for her kind heart and actually caring about your mental being.

Hillary doesn't answer her phone. She doesn't answer her emails. She doesn't communicate with her patients and at scheduled appts, the door is always locked. Imagine having a psych like this and panicking because you don't know how you will get by the next month with NO RX!! Not a Psych I would want! No regards to her patients, at all!

I was abandoned by Hilary after more than 3 years of progress. Somehow, her life got in the way and I was forced to deal with it. She still owes me therapy she charged me for, despite continually reminding me "I am not your therapist, David". As long as this message is up, Beware of Hilary Sojdak and PASEFL!
