I had a similar experience as another reviewer. I was prescribed my medications and when I went to my appointment the door was locked and I called and called. Just disappeared and after seeing her for a couple of years and taking a benzo and other medication was left without.

I’ll be reporting her the the medical board. She needs a therapist. Got arrested for battery and still kept the practice going for 3 months then shut it down with no notice due to her mental break down and patient neglect I’ll be reporting her to the board. Thanks Hilary for leaving me cold turkey without a controlled substance where I could have had a seizure. This isn’t the first time she did this either. I'm going to need therapy after the nightmare that has been my long-term time as a patient here... I just don't understand how she can treat people who need help the way she does. Sure, she listens and promises the world during your appointment, but as soon as it ends, it's like you don't even exist. Promised prescriptions may or may not be sent out. Hilary is the easiest person (doctor) to talk to. I have never had a issue with her schedule or timing. Because doctors are human and get sick too. Her refill timing is reasonable when following the instructions given to you when you call. I would not be here today if it wasn't for her kind heart and actually caring about your mental being.
