The apartment has a serious mouse infestation. I’ve only been living here for a few months, and I see two or more mice every night. Maintenance came three days ago, but the problem hasn’t improved—I’m still seeing mice and hearing them regularly. I can also hear a lot of noise from the upstairs neighbors, even at 4 a.m., which is very disruptive. Aside from these issues, the apartment itself is okay and the neighbors are otherwise great.

I’ve been here for a few years and I used to love the area and SEEMINGLY nice unit. But then came the constant pipes breaking in different units causing constant LEAKS; then the water bugs, roaches, spiders and ear wigs… I CLEAN CONSTANTLY so my guess is the neighbors and VISIBLE cracks in the floor. It’s atrocious! Then there’s the unsettling cracks from the floor to the ceiling. The floor is scarily on a slant making me feel the foundation is dangerous. RUN… RUN… RUN

If you are accustomed to every few days having no water . You hit the jackpot . Keep gallons of water at bay at ALL TIMES . Place falling apart and repairs are quazzy . But rent increases without a glitch! Now they just started charging for water which is against the law .

Worst landlord/maintenance imaginable. No one responds to calls or emails. My apartment has been for over a week at a time without heat, and even longer without hot water. The walls are cracking and the ceilings dropping plaster. The trash is collected once a week and cascades all over the back alley. At night there are rats, possums and feral cats there. Please save yourself heartache and steer clear.
