I think they have a incompetent staff. Not everyone has $2000.00 which is my deductible, in their pocket. Ask them to work with me on payments. They wouldn't do it I have kidney stones that need to be removed now I can't have it done. I was supposed to have surgery tomorrow, now I have to suffer in pain.
