Hace 20 días el doctor, me ordenó una placa para el pecho, una colonoscopia y exámenes de laboratorio y hasta hora, no he recibido ninguna cita. Cuando no tenia alianza con las Mercedes era un excelente servicio, de la comunicaciones mejor ni hablar, pésimo para llamar.

Terrible. I called for my mom to get a medication which is important and when you call you get an automated machine that states an agent will be right with you. Guess what?! No one takes your call and then they request for you to leave a message and still No one calls you back! Terrible!!!!
