I hired this handyman on two occasions to assist with a property while I was out of state. Clear written instructions were provided in advance, along with reference photos where applicable. As an absentee owner, I rely heavily on contractors to serve as my eyes and ears on the ground and to provide photo documentation of completed work. Judah was very upfront with pricing and estimate. He arrived on time and did a great job removing a rotted section of door frame. He cleaned up after work was completed. He was friendly and courteous, most importantly he listed to what I wanted done. I needed help with my doors and some drywall issues. He arrived in time and did exceptional work. Overall, it was great service!
