SO NOT USE THIS TITLE COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS ABD FRAUDS! I KNOW SOMEONE THAT CLOSED ON A DEAL OVER A WEEK AGO AND HAS NOT BEEN PAID! GOT THE SELLER SIGNED OVER HIS PROPERTY, GAVE KEYS TO THE BUYERS AND HE HAS NOT GOTTEN HIS FUNDS WIRED TO HIM.
