I love April and Tish. They make you feel like you have been friends for years. I feel very comfortable with both of them. Grant and Mitchell provide transportation to and from ANY doctor appointment, whether at Intensive Health or another doctor's office. Wish I had been able to come here a long time ago.
Did not pay a hospital bill that should have been paid, was told it would be paid so I am glad that your company dropped me. Did not meet any kind of expectation of an insurance company I will ever use again.
I would like to thank a Customer Service Representative by the name of GEORGE. He was very caring and empathetic to my situation and encouraged me to seek out the help I desparately needed. If it wasn't for his help I don't know how much longer I could have endured the torture and pain. Thank you to Passport for being there :)
For years I have had an internist as a primary doctor. Now Passport is saying my current internist is a specialist even though she has been my doctor since last Fall. Now the referrals she gave me to specialist are in question. I don't like being in a situation in which I need specialist care and may be denied because someone at Passport decided that internist are specialist. If you know anything about medical training then you know a doctor receives an internal medicine degree before specializing.
