I made an appointment more than a week in advance for one specific vaccine (Cholera) at the Mt. Pleasant location, which I was told by call center reservations person was in stock. It was not. Nurse at clinic said it was in visit notes (which I guess she hadn't bothered to review ahead of time), but no vaccine. She did offer to administer it at the N. Chas. next week, but upon consideration, their sloppiness makes me uncomfortable trusting my health to them, particularly with a vaccine that requires proper storage and prepar... read more
