Scheduling an appt online was very quick and simple. I was seen right on time. The nurse went over the possible issues and recommended vaccines in detail but there was no pressure to take them. I was able to quickly obtain the desired medications for a pending trip to Africa. Cost was reasonable, service was great and I would use this clinic again for any international travel needs.
Easy online scheduling. Provide vaccination, Rx and health history. Have your itinerary for reference. The nurse will advise as to the risk of infectious disease and the recommendation or requirement for vaccinations and preventative measures. They offer a range of travel supplies in handy kits to take along including basic first aid, insect repellent, water purification and defective upset care. Very friendly and professional. Recommended by my regular physician.
They were very close, they had appointments straight away. The guy who gave me my shots, walked me through all of the recommendations and options. He showed me the pros and cons of each. Gave me those shots, and a lot of other information. It’s a great way to prepare for travel.
Unfortunately , I was very disappointed with my experience. I later discovered that I could have received the same travel health services elsewhere for a significantly lower cost, and my yellow fever vaccine was fully covered by my insurance at Costco. I wish I knew that I didn’t even need to go there ! My primary care provider sent prescriptions for both my of vaccines to Costco pharmacy and both were covered by my insurance.
