Avoid this clinic if you value transparency and respectful service. I booked a vaccine appointment online for my daughter and canceled within 10 minutes after realizing a scheduling conflict. When I called to cancel, the staff member did not mention any cancellation fee. Only afterward did I discover that the clinic automatically charged $100, even though we canceled immediately and no service was provided. Very informative and helpful for vaccinations/medications needed for your international trips.
Great Staff, Allan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area I was going into, with regards to required, vs recommended vaccines. Really appreciated their fast service! I will go back there again next time I need vaccinations for travel outside the US!
