Betsy was great ! She gave me detailed travel vaccine recommendations and was very knowledgeable :)
Charged a cancellation fee claiming I didn't cancel the appointment 48 hrs before. I did and called them immediately I saw the fee. They told me it was an error and would be refunded. It's been 3 weeks and I have to call again. Avoid this place. You can get vaccines at Walgreens on JFK Boulevard
Betsy was super super informative and helpful throughout the vaccination process. It is my first time visiting this specific country, and she was super knowledgeable about how to prepare for the trip. I’d highly recommend coming here for any pre-trip vaccine and medicine information.
