Very pleasant experience. The nurse was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and was very helpful.
My second experience with Passport Health and like the first they were very efficient. Representative was friendly and professional. They are thorough in their process.
I needed to get vaccinations for traveling to Asia and India. They have everything I needed but is not buffet friendly. On the other hand, the service was amazing. It's easy to get the appointment online or via phone call. The person who helped me to get my appointment on the phone was really nice and helpful. Once at the place to get the vaccines, the nurse, Betsy was also very professional and really kind. She explained everything in detail to me and answered to my questions. Called and asked about vaccines for Nicaragua and the scheduler called it a ‘weird country’. Just unprofessional. Wouldn’t go there
