Appreciate the time spent reviewing vaccination requirements. I’ve been utilizing Passport Health for years and I always have professional, courteous staff that help me. They may be more expensive than other places but the premium is worth it.
Great experience at Passport Health. I got a thorough rundown on options and risks and felt that the staff was transparent on cost. I was well taken care of and managed to get all of 6 of my vaccinations in one visit. Will be looking to consult Passport Health in the future with regard to my travels.
These people have little to non professionalism, I made an appointment in which they told that for the services I was looking for it would be 450$, the day I went to the appointment, they told me I need to pay extra 150$ for a additional part of the appointment, the day of that additional appointment, they called me 4 hours before and told me that I needed to bring my own translator, I went to the appointment with mi niece who’s 16 years old, and they told me that she can’t be my translator because it has to be someone who’s... read more
We've used Passport Health a few different times, and we always appreciate how organized, thorough, and efficient they are. They walk us through everything without pushing us, answer our questions, and are very knowledgeable and specialized about travel. Our appointments are always on-time and their offices are clean and professional. We'll continue to use, and highly recommend if anyone is looking for guidance and preventative health for future travel.
I had a negative experience at this location regarding a time-sensitive medical procedure. When I booked my appointment, there was no transparency about their insurance policies or the $600 per dose cost for the treatment I required. I arrived for my appointment after adjusting my work schedule, only to be met with unprofessional behavior from the physician on staff.
