I had an appointment with this office at 4pm today with my family of 5. I had to cancel not because I was lazy to drive but because of bad weather advisory (severe weather and thunderstorms) forecast on the internet, radio and TV. I was told the manager stood outside to check and that the weather is OK to travel. I will be charged a no show fee if I don't make the appointment. This conversation was over an argument. Take your business elsewhere - they don't value your life!
