Total Scam. They do nothing you couldn't do for yourself. They take advantage of people that are less informed. Shame!
Do not use this company! I noticed in minutes after I completed my application that I didn’t need the service. I went online to cancel only to find nowhere to cancel your order. I then tried calling the answering service to cancel where I got an answering machine telling me to cancel online. You should be able to cancel any service within 24 hours and mine was less than that. I then sent an email to my case director Eric Rodriguez and I heard nothing from him today. This company is a fraud!
I was so impressed with the service I received from this company. They kept me updated at every step, from the minute my passport was picked up by Fed Ex. A very special shout out to Raquel Hayes and Emely Garcia. I had various questions and they both were extremely helpful and responded immediately!! AHmazing. I will definitely refer all of my friends and family. Thank you all for making my stressful situation a seamless experience. �
