I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and it’s completely frustrating that the fire alarms go off out of nowhere. It has happened during the night, during the day — literally at any time. It feels like there’s absolutely no control over them, and nobody in the office or management does anything to fix this nightmare that tenants constantly have to deal with. I honestly regret living at Passport Apartments. The building looks luxury from outside, but management and living conditions were very disappointing. The fire alarms constantly went off late at night (12 AM, 2 AM, even 3 AM) for no real emergencies, and it became very stressful for our family, especially with a small child. My daughter became scared to sleep alone because of the loud alarms. There were also safety issues. Residents had huge dogs, sometimes unleashed in the hallways, and the garage security was terrible. I lived at Passport Apartments for one year, and honestly, while the building looks luxurious from the outside, the actual living experience was very disappointing. One of the biggest problems was the dog situation. Many residents have very large dogs, and some people walk them unleashed inside the building. I personally got attacked by a dog in the hallway and reported it to management twice, but nothing really changed. It made me feel unsafe in my own apartment building.
