After living at Passport Apartments for approximately three years, I decided not to renew my lease. The apartments themselves are nice, and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, during my final year I noticed a decline in maintenance, cleanliness, and responsiveness from management. We visited the Passport Apartments and had the pleasure of working with Nate Kandil. Nate was so patient, kind, supportive and extremely knowledgeable about the building and the intracies of this dwelling. He was an amazing asset and a tremendous credit to his organization.
