Everyone is super friendly, Anne (the owner) remembers my name and makes sure I'm comfortable each time. I have a usual nail tech, I've never liked getting my nails done because walking into salons felt impersonal and rushed. Here they actually care about you and ask about you.
This was the most upsetting and horrible experience I have ever had at a nail salon…the owner of the nail salon did my nails and I had expressed to her that I did not want my nails to be pointing up, because that’s not how nails should look. After my tip application I could already tell they looked questionable and I expressed that to her many times throughout the process. My first time at this salon. Everyone was so kind. Candy did such an amazing job on my feet. They were very busy but they were able to squeeze me in for a full set. I was so impressed with my feet that I decided to get a set. I highly recommend this place.
I have been coming to this nail salon for years as I live up the street and it’s always been welcoming but today was the best experience I’ve had there. Henry informed me he’s been doing nails for 10 years and it shows. He was fast and efficient and loved the way he did my manicure. I added an eyebrow wax last minute and it was also quick and efficient. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there today and plan on recommending to friends and family.
BEWARE: I visited this nail salon on a whim for Mother’s Day as a treat. Unfortunately by the next day my toe became infected quickly, and painfully. Assuming, with such great reviews, this salon would have proper sanitary protocols. I called to inform them with the infection and they were unapologetic and refused a refund. Looking further at the reviews I now see I was misguided as they must have paid a someone to put a ton of 5-star reviews.
