Staff are very helpful
I had a very sick galah who l had had for 35 years. I knew he was going to be put down and l was heartbroken. Having lost my husband Barney was the one who talked to me all day. I so miss that chattering. Vet Audrey was so kind and gentle with me and Barney. I can't thank her enough for treading lightly with me l will always remember her kindness. Thank you Audrey from me and Barney.
Today was the hardest day ever saying goodbye to our gorgeous girl. We want to thank Dr Amanda, Pam and team for everything they have done and for making Molly as comfortable as possible. We truly cant thank you enough
I am beyond grateful for the incredible care my dogs have received at Passionate Paws Veterinary Service the last few months. I had a tough stretch with multiple visits due to one of my pups being sick and recovering from surgery and throughout the entire process, Dr. Amanda and Dr. Bianca were absolutely amazing. I can not recommend the team and vets at Passionate Paws enough to anyone who is seeking a dedicated, caring, compassionate and welcoming vet and staff in Hervey Bay. I have been in the Bay for 7 months and had to change vets due to feeling like just a number to another reputable vet clinic and lucky I did, bc my boy also went downhill so fast, their dedication and transparency made me, him and my family feel so welcome and comfortable for his last few days and in his last moments.
