I have been following Barbara ever since she was in Pinehurst... I took my daughter down to see her for her back - to - school hair cut and this time she wanted highlights.... Barbara done an amazing job on her hair and mine as always! She is a very outgoing woman that loves what she does! She is a master colorist that knows what she's doing!
