2 stars because the work IS good. But I can't do better ratings when theres an issue with communication between stylists as well as stylists and customers. The owner (sue) specifically. She quotes a price, you agree only to be up-charged at checkout. And no price change or reasoning is given or communicated during the service. Sue and her team of staff are amazing, the work is always clean and well done with attention to detail so you leave with exactly what you wanted. We've been here twice and both experiences were positive. Back in the winter Sue did my daughter's silk press for her graduation pictures and was very thorough and we were so happy with the turn out. What I asked for versus what I got. And still have the audacity to ask me to pay $90 for good faith. I suggested we stop cuz my hair was looking nothing like the image but she insisted we continue. Not only am I leaving with this ridiculous hairstyle i paid $90 for, I was late for work, had a wet sweater from washing my hair. That day I paid to get my hair done paid for a cab to get to work and also paid for a wig to undo this nonsense. Shout out to BSW for the curly hair unit. Kmt
