I repeat and i repeat do not hire this so called hospice for your loved one! If I could give them negative stars thats what i would give them. The care team is incompetent and they lack communication and professionalism. They need their licenses revoked. Care team didn’t come to see my grandpa and didn’t come to bathe him them scam the insurance with billing and do absolutely nothing i will be calling the insurance because they have done no care for my grandpa
If I could give 0 stars I would. Broken hospice, recently sold. New owners have no clue of Hospice regulations . Staff doesn’t understand processes of hospice, and better yet are not paid on time. Lots of drama. They continue to see patients they discharged 2 months prior, lol. Medications and supplies aren’t ordered. Patients needs are overlooked.
