OMG! We just had counter tops added to our existing kitchen in our condo. We were a little nervous adding granite that would match our counter tops that were installed over 12 years ago when we original purchased. Debbie with her keen eye and her professional staff not only matched the existing granite but also worked with the condo rules and regulations, elevator constraints to make this job a success!!! Stay away from this business! Had the worst experience!! Does not return phone calls and does not show up for scheduled appointments. Ordered a countertop, they started the job but never finished it! The owner, Debbie, does not keep to her word. If a zero star was an option, that would be their rating!
Very nice people and they do good work but not very reliable. They scheduled delivery for a Thursday, which became Friday afternoon, then Friday night, then 100% Saturday, then Monday afternoon and then Monday at 6 pm. They finally arrived at 8:30 pm. The price was decent but be prepared for frustration in scheduling and rescheduling. No-one ever apologized for the delay, just acted like it was not a problem.
Terrible customer service. Missed commitments several times, unreturned calls, horrible customer service. Never again.
While they were quick to take on our business their customer service was horrendous. They made us feel like they were doing us a favor....that's if you could find Debbie "available". Sometimes its the small jobs that get you the larger ones later. Our order could not be found, the men were out to lunch-obnoxious behavior when we went to pick up our piece IN THE SHOWROOM. also, the price changed from day 1 to day 2 (on day 2 it was lower...youre slipping). There are plenty of other marble places to give our business to.
