if anyone need to be seen I would recommend they go to Springfield do not go to Passavant they are very rude and they don't like doing work to see what is actually wrong they just guess and send u home smh
Recommendedthey are great with their patience!!! they staff has a great bedside manner and are there when needed!!!
They leave you sitting for 5 hours with a child bleeding out of the ear. Then finally get you in a room and keep you in the for a minimum of an hour so they can charge you more on your bill. This is what they do over and over. To anyone going here just keep track of the actual time you get into a room and when they finally see you.
my father in law went in for pain in his leg and they sent him home. he then went to memorial hospital and later had to amputate his leg.
My son had 3 trips to Ambulatory Surgery in 2 months and the nurses we had were absolutely amazing!!! We loved them all ❤️
Today I had minor surgery done at Passavant. Even though I work at Passavant I would never say this unless it was the truth. Our surgical department is fantastic. The nurses are so kind and attentive. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Thanks to everyone who took care of me today.
